Christ-tide 1599 at Blakesley Hall, Birmingham

Sir William Pennyman's Regiment will be celebrating Christmas in grand Elizabethan style on Saturday December 17th.
Please see our Christ-tide gallery to enjoy images of a previous event. This is a ticket only event.
Please contact Blakesley Hall to book your ticket or contact us to find out how to take part.

Good bread and good drink, a good fire in the hall,
Brawn, pudding, and souse, and good mustard withal.

Beef, mutton, and pork, and good pies of the best,

Pig, veal, goose, and capon, and turkey well drest,

Cheese, apples and nuts, and good carols to hear,

As then in the country is counted good cheer.
